When I do a Find in Safari the word I’m looking for is highlighted in light blue. Not easy to see on a white background. Is there a way to change the highlight to something more noticeable, like the dark blue on the SDMB banners?
Sure…just go to System Preferences, then select Appearance. On that window, change the “Hightlight Color” to whatever you’d like. You can choose a custom color if you want a darker blue.
This is a system preference. Not sure if there’s a way to just override the color in Safari.
Ah. I was looking in Safari Preferences. System Preferences only has pastel colours, but Gold looks like it might work. Incidentally, the change affects every highlight (e.g., if I highlight something on the desktop) and not just Safari.
