Changing my Profile....Frustrating!

I want to change my signature, but every time I go to “Profile” and enter my info (which i am SURE is right), it tells me that I have the wrong password. Am I going about this the wrong way or is my computer just screwed up? Hmm… I’d appreciate a little input.

That sounds like the proper procedure to me. Please note though, that username and password are both case-sensitive. First check that you entered them correctly and if that still doesn’t work, click the link right next to the password field. That will take you to a page that instructs the server to email your password to you.

OK. Since you can’t have made a mistake, your computer is screwed up. Beat some sense into it. Or, the possibility could exist (in theory) that the server handling the profile information is offline for a few minutes. It probably works NOW?
