Before the board’s new look was implemented, I could change the size of the text through my “view” function, which afforded me some small amount of privacy while browsing the boards in my four-person cube. However, now when I select “smallest” as my text display size, nothing happens and I have to stay away from the Pit altogether at work. I don’t have this problem at any other sites, so I’m guessing it has something to do with the new format.
Any suggestions?
Have you tried some of the other “skins” or stylesets? Which one are you currently using?
Duck, the other options are no longer available since the changeover to subs.
I did go through all though options when the change first happened, but no luck. I’m stuck with this huge text - it might as well be all caps! :mad:
singular1, if you are using IE 6.0, try going to TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS, and on the GENERAL tab, click on ACCESSIBILITY. When that window comes up, choose IGNORE FONT SIZES SPECIFIED BY WEB PAGES.
At least this allowed me to then use the VIEW, TEXT SIZE to change them to a larger view (old fart, tired eyes). If you don’t have IE, I’m sure your browser has the equivalent option.
