At lunch today there was a guy at the next table who I recognized as a character actor, but I couldn’t think of what I would have seen him in. He looks a lot like Danny Aiello. Same approximate age, tall, NY or Jersey accent of some kind. The right type to be cast as a mobster, but probably wasn’t in Sopranos because my coworker would have remembered.
Can anyone suggest character actors who could be Danny Aiello’s brother (almost twin)?

Here’s Danny Aiello for reference. He has a similar arch to the eyebrows, long face, craggy profile.
I’m guessing Mike Starr, best known from Dumb and Dumber but also had parts in films such as The Natural, Goodfellas, and Ed Wood.
I always used to get him confused with Danny Aiello. Paul Sorvino is also a possibility as lieu suggest, but he isn’t really a character actor in my mind. He is a low wattage star.

As is usual with actors I think I recognize from lots of things, it turns out that I’ve hardly seen him in anything. Going down his long list of credits in IMDB, the only things I’ve seen him in are Goodfellas and Miller’s Crossing. I’m not sure how that happens with character actors. I am aware that they have been around a long time showing up in a lot of different shows or movies, without actually having seen them in more than a couple.
