Also the alternating uppercase/lowercase is annoying. I would suggest you change that as well.

Probably still a bit long, but just about as readable. Taking out the punctuation, too would probably shorten it enough to pass.

I suggest leaving out the alphabetic characters altogether. The punctuation is fine and doesn’t hurt my eyes at all.

Personally I like it this way better. Although Jukeball failed to properly distinguish between the letter ‘Y’ as a consonant and as a vowel and improperly left an ‘I’ uncapitalized in the word ‘believe’ in the last sentence.
I think you should edit out everything but the spaces.
If you exclude all characters that don’t appear in the string “dumb signature”, you get:
