Cheesesteak?

I’ve only been to Philly once and didn’t have one there so I admit I’m not expert…

But I’ve always liked them with provolone and pizza sauce.

By the way, what’s the difference between a philly steak and a Chicago italian beef? Is the type of beef different?

Well then, next time you’re in Philly, go to Gianna’s. They do a vegetarian cheesesteak that’s more than passable. Helps if you’re a bike messenger or a punk; you’ll fit in like a regular.

I’ve never even had a cheesesteak in Philly, yet I know this is so true. There’s a great place in Fredonia, NY called The Bomber House, a little hole-in-the-wall that serves the best steak bombers that taste like they are cooked with apparently…ummm, questionable apparati, cleanliness-wise.

But they taste so GOOD!
