mmm, hairy chests…
Can you dispense with the shirt altogether?

1 or 3 is fine… as long as the hairs are not poking thru the button holes. That would seem a little like stray weeds poping up thru the cement.
It is natural after all and it is not like showing butt crack hair!YUCK!

1 button open is the way to go. If your workplace is casual enough to wear a polo shirt in the first place, then certainly no one is going to be offended by a few hairs showing up. In fact, that looks ‘normal’ in my view. In contrast, button them all and you’re a big nerd; unbutton 2 and you’re no longer at work.
By the way, I’m moderately hirsuit, like yourself, based on what you’ve said, and my wife likes it just fine. But one time she did share with me her uncensored opinion on men’s hairyness, something like, “Pab, you’re as hairy as a man can be and still be human.” I love that line–keeps me on the edge.
Leave the top button undone. For the life of me, I can’t see how someone would be offended or grossed out by chest hair. It IS normal.
I would have to choose #3. But then I am a gal who loves chest hair…loves to run my fingers through it…so silky, so soft…mmmmmmmmmmmm…oh, sorry!!
Yup, #3, for sure!!!
A sprinkling is very attractive. An ex of mine was the hairest man I’ve ever met. Literally everywhere but the souls of his feet and jet black. I wasn’t as perturbed by this as people thought I should be, although I prefer a little less.
Wow Bernse, you sound just like my boyfriend! I myself absolutly love chest hair. My boyfriend has his top button undone and there is always a little hair peaking out, and it looks fine. Hair also peaks out when he wears a t-shirt, but i adore it. Yay for chest hair!
First post for a new member here and why not about this one. Bernse, don’t worry about it! Modesty is a virtue, depending on who you ask, so I’d leave a button undone but not too many…I have EXACTLY the same phenomena…i’m even wearing black dockers and a polo shirt; around my workplace (a consulting firm believe it) it’s been an ongoing endearing thing to be chided occasionally…and…even admired sometimes
#1 - No issue here
NO SUCH THING AS TOO MUCH CHEST HAIR!
PERIOD!
