Well, if nothing else, you could always see if a Chicago doper can pick you up, Falcon. Not me, though, I don’t do airports.
I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but both the blue (O’Hare) and orange (Midway) lines are good to get you downtown.
Falc, it is possible to rent a car if you’re under 25. I know that generally they want you to be at least 21 with a major credit card, but I believe it that also varies for each company. Also, some places may have a surcharge for being under 25.
I’ve gotten a handful of emails, but I’m still waiting to hear from a bunch of you.

I live pretty close to the Windy City. It sounds like you all are going to have a blast.I’m sure I know all of you from your posts more than you know me.I would love to meet up with everyone, but I’m going to be on crutches or in a wheelchair part of this summer. If anyone wants to stop by my place on there way to the city, I promise you a nice cold one (or two). You could also go for a nice dip in the pool, weather permitting.

Ok, I’m still waiting for emails from a lot of people, but at this point it looks like the May 12ths have it.
I need Omni, Gaudere, Flypside, Mr & Mrs Rastahomie, inertia, Shadowfox, Missy2U, ReserviorDog, Jeannie, Kricket, & Qwisp to email me if they’re still interested in attending (although technically anyone that was at Spiffled has no choice, but let’s pretend there’s free will involved). Everyone else sent me an email - what, rules don’t apply to you guys? 
Has anyone talked to elelle to see if she might be making the trip up?
I’m going to look into hotels in the area for the out-of-towners, and I’ll email that info around to anyone that lets me know they need it. In Springfield, we all stayed at the same hotel, and I have to say that it was a great time. It also made stumbling to bed a much safer proposition.
I think that’s all I’ve got for now.

Well, I’m getting in on this game late, the 12th is no good for me. I’ll, ironically, be in the Quad Cities that entire weekend. It would be cool if we can work with another date, possibly the weekend before.
I have no problem with either the 5th or the 12th right now, so a reschedule to the 5th wouldn’t bother me.
Well, besides Omni’s plans on May 12th, Flyp informed me that that’s Mother’s Day weekend. So… I’m guessing that overall that’s NOT a good time. One of these days I swear I’m going to buy a calendar. Anyway, May 5th? Please tell me this is within the realm of possibility.

Okay, last night, Omni, Joph, Tal and I inquired about the 20th, and Falcon said she had no problem with it. Unfortunately, any weekend other than the 12th means we will not have the company of Max, but on the upswing, there’s a chance that Demo’ll be able to come on the 20th.
Awww crap. As much as I don’t want to do this, since I’ve got most of the addresses in a mailing list at home already, I’ll send out a note for the date, and you guys can just mail me back.

And if it’s any consolation, I think VB was kinda thinking this would be an 2 night thing, Friday and Saturday night. So if the 20th is right out, there’s always the 19th to hang out with some of us. Same goes for every one else if you don’t want to get a lovely little email from me.
