I had a great time, as is usual for any Doper gathering. Thanks to Nym for organizing this sorry bunch.

FTR, tiggeril won the coveted ChiDope Cleavage Award.

And for once, we were not the most loud and obnoxious group at the bar. There was a huge group of people ostensibly there for a birthday party, but they were wearing nametags. WTF? They were loud and obnoxious, but not in a good way like Dopers are. And, as VileOrb said, pound for pound, we definitely surpassed the nametage losers.

Stoooooooopid me left a disposable camera on the table. Did anyone pick it up?

Nen is very tall. Very very tall. But he didn’t kill and eat me, so it’s all good.

I’ve had the privilege of meeting Nym, tiggeril, MikeG, porcupine, and VileOrb. There is NO better bunch to hang with. Others come close, but no one can out-do the ChiDopers.

Really, it’s “About This Message Board.” The forum you were SUPPOSED to start with here. Not like I did, but that’s what they tell me.

Try http://www.undernet.org/webchat.php and type in /join #straightdope once you make a connection. You may have to try a few different servers because they get busy.

Also FTR, Rasa, I am not angular, I am curvaceous…In Riemann geometry, at least.

Since my kidneys, liver, brain and other miscellaneous parts not longer funtion, I’m going to go drink some tea and get a body transplant now.
