I don’t know about it being the greatest (what is?), but as far a larger U.S. cities are concerned, I’d move back to Chicago before relocating to any other large city.
It’s a matter of opinion, of course.
So, Nation, in your opinion, what is the greatest city in the world? Why?
That could be a jumping-off point for an interesting discussion (which is kinda what people do here). Derisive laughter, not so much.
Having been to most cities in the US, I’d live in Chicago over all of them except (possibly) NYC or Seattle (small, but I LOVE fresh salmon and mussles!).
