Anyone got a good recipe for chicken parmigiana that isn’t too labor-intensive?
Bonus points for a recipe that approximates the Johnny Carino’s recipe, because that’s the best I’ve ever had.

My specialty!
Marinate your chicken cutlets in olive oil, oregano, salt. pepper, sage & thyme for about a half hour. Dredge in breadcrumbs (regular store-bought seasoned), fry till outside is golden brown. Place in baking dish. Spoon spaghetti sauce (whatever brand you like) over each cutlet & top with a handful of shredded mozzarella or Italian cheese blend (like Sargento). Place in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Easy and delicious!
Haven’t tried it yet, but it sounds good, and not too difficult
No one can touch my Mom’s so I never order it out.
Pound the chicken until thin and even. Coat in italian seasoned breadcrumbs, dip in egg and milk mixture, recoat with breadcrumbs. Fry in olive oil with fresh garlic. Put in baking pan, add sauce, cheese and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Oh man, I am hungry now.
