Well, the girl of the OP should definitely do whatever she can, if it’s possible to still charge him then she should go for it.
If she really wants revenge, then while he’s still in prison she should just let the word get into the prison grapevine that he molested her. As I understand it child molesters aren’t looked upon as being very high on the jailhouse status list. Somewhere below toejam I think.
haha you know…(horrible as this sounds for my taste in men) My ex BF now an excellent friend has plenty of buddies in prison he’s offered if my uncle ever made his way there to make sure his stay was a living hell…or worse
