Sara, an anagram is a rearrangement of letters making up a word or phrase to form another more-or-less coherent word or phrase. For example, your name, Sara C. delaFleur-Wells, will produce “Sure Fall Sell Law-Card” which, though it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, is a more or less coherent English phrase with the same letters in it.
