I thought this was resolved and did not realize it was not. Mea Culpa: I was instructed my interpretation of the rules is incorrect. We will not be modnoting for a lack of snipping or ellipses as long as the quote has the expansion button still intact or in fact in any cases except those where the quote is completely taken out of context to change the meaning. Hopefully this concludes it.
