Remember that time Chubby Checker wanted to sue HP over a penis-measuring WebOS app that was also called “Chubby Checker”? There’s more fun to come: ol’ Chubs just got the go-ahead to sue the pants off HP.

HP is responding that this is a serious app for people that sincerely want to know if there’s anything odd about a potential partner’s genitals. So they’re continuing to sell it but have agreed to rename it the Earnest Evens app.
