Well, this is too minor a point to argue, but when did that ever stop me?
To me, a “stomp” is like a kick, but with a downward motion, it requires the kinetic energy of raising the foot and bringing it down with force. What he’s doing, I dunno, don’t have the word for it, but he pressed his foot onto her and pressed downward without raising his foot to get that extra kinetic juice.
Oh, wait! I can agree on this point, and cop some of that Poster Who Admits When He’s Wrong cred!

Really?, may have to look again, only saw it about ten times on MSNBC last night. Looked to me like he put his foot on her neck/head and then pressed down very forcefully three-four times.

I believe I read somewhere Daily Beast maybe, that he was only getting pulled in on a misdemeanor: 4th degree assault.
Can’t see the videos as I’m at the office, but I believe one of the other guys grabbed her tit, and that there are bloggers outing him also, to see if he can get sexual assault for grabbing.
