Hi Cecil I hope you will take note of the recent scientific studies demonstrating the exact effectiveness of Circumcisions in preventing the contracting of HIV through Hetrosexual Sexual Intercourse.
The people were randomly selected for Circumcision, circumcised and then monitored with the Control group for more than 2 years, in South Asian and African countries where HIV is rampant.
Perhaps you can also correct your responses on the benefits of Circumcision
to show the new data.
