Oh, I would so love to get in on this law suit. I was told by a Clearwire salesperson that I had a month to evaluate the service and could cancel/return at that time. When I found that it didn’t work as advertised, I was told two different stories: either there was no opportunity to cancel, or there was only a week.
After hours of wasted time on hold, I got out of the massive cancellation fees by finding someone to “sublet” the device (they paid me, I paid Clearwire) for the last 10 months of my term.
WOW! This is one of our tenants. That is they have equipment on the roof of one of our buildings.
