WordWeb is a dictionary/thesaurus program that lets you highlight a word anywhere there is text (documents, websites, etc) and hit Ctrl/Alt/W to bring up a box with the definition and more. It can reside in the system tray, but not unless you want it there. Very small executable program found at: http://wordweb.info/free/
