It is a sign that the program has to run a while longer to complete. If you ever reach the point where you lose this quirk, the run will probably be getting very close to a result, and you (all of us) should beware of Thursdays. Stock up on beer, peanuts and odd friends.

I actually thought this was satire, but the NY Times asked both campaigns several questions and printed the response. The responses are, um, telling. To paraphrase, Clinton answers each question with an answer to the question. Trump answers each question by saying Clinton and/or Obama is terrible.

I also notice that Clinton’s answers are in the first person (“I’ll do this”, “I believe that”) whereas Trump’s are all in the third person (“Trump thinks Clinton is terrible”).
Really, the Trump campaign answers all read as though they were doing homework on the bus on the way to school.
Third-person singular references are a sure sign of megalomania in a candidate.

That’s sort of what happened. The Times ran the story initially last night with only Clinton’s answers because Trump didn’t respond. They updated it this morning after he finally did “respond”.
You mean they **saw **Clinton’s responses, and **still **that was the best they could come up with?
Vermin Supreme is running a more serious campaign!
So, even knowing exactly how Clinton responded, that was the best they could do?

I heard a guy on NPR Monday night (sorry, his name and affiliation escapes me) who is a staunch anti-Trumpador, but had some nice things to say about Conway. He cited her as a smart campaigner who has confided in some folks about Trump being a total trainwreck. I certainly don’t care for her as a woman (and human) who signed on and is working for such a d*bag, but it sparked my curiosity about her – has anyone found a level-handed article about her?
