Just read the whole thing. He has NO answers for anything. And it doesn’t appear that Trumpy OR his campaign staff understood that the questions were for the candidates, not for representatives. “Mr. Trump” this and “Mr. Trump” that. And still there’s millions of votes going in favor of this shit.
I like Trump’s first answer: If we were willing to pollute the fuck out of our country we could bring our manufacturing costs down low enough to compete with China and Mexico. Yay, Trump has a plan!
Wasn’t Ms Conway foisted on the Trump campaign by the GOP backer Robert Mercer and his daughter Rebekah? That article makes it sound like hiring Ms Conway for women’s outreach was entirely el Trumpo’s idea.

The Santa Barbara News-Press of Santa Barbara, Ca., and the St. Joseph News-Press of St. Joseph, Mo. have declared on their editorial pages that they endorse Donald Trump for President.

The third was a tiny Texas daily yesterday that doesn’t even show up on a Google search. So still no major papers.
Agree completely that Trump’s a raging megalomaniac. OED ought to update their next edition to put his pic right there next to the definition.
IIRC Bob Dole had a similar penchant. He’d say stuff like (totally made up example): “People ask Bob Dole what he thinks about interest rates. Bob Dole thinks they’re too high.”
I never thought of him as a megalomaniac. An old and tired mainstream conservative? Sure. A classic public servant in standard mold of the 1960s-1990s? Sure. Megalomaniac? Never.
FYI, wiki surprises me by saying Bob Dole is yet alive at age 93. I’d thought he’d departed for the filibuster eternal some years ago.
Assuming he’s still got his marbles, I wonder what he thinks of this year’s shenanigans. He’s appalled I’m sure.
