I’ve seen several people here and elsewhere comment that based on recent polling, they think Ohio’s going for Trump.
Obviously, you have some bias, working for the campaign itself (bias in that you’re not likely to hear bad news from them, and less likely to run across Trump supporters), but what do you think?
I dream of becoming a massive malignant tumor growing out of Trump’s forehead, directly underneath the orange ferret whose mangy fur overhangs it. But I doubt I will become it.
Well, the actual article makes it clear that the local Catholic authorities are not in cahoots. It was a piece of paper inserted into the printed bulletin.
I’m not sure what to think. The inserted flier was distributed on October 16, but on October 30, the actual bulletin carried an article that went significantly beyond Church teaching in criticizing Secretary Clinton’s views and policy positions (using a quotation from one of her speeches out of context to mischaracterize her positions, to boot). Both the diocese and the parish have disavowed the flier and the bulletin, leaving it something of a mystery how they got into materials that were distributed at Sunday Mass.
I imagine someone at the archbishop’s office will be having a chat with the pastor at Immaculate Conception about how much autonomy the people who put together the bulletin should be permitted.
Rudy Giuliani, who has previously bragged about having connections with the FBI, told Fox News two days before Comeygate broke out about “a surprise or two you’re going to hear about in the next two days.”
Seems at this point that it’s becoming harder to deny that the Trump campaign has been colluding with someone in the civil service to attempt to throw the election.
Two days in a row of no real change in the state of the race. It looks like Trump may have peaked.
The number that should worry Clinton fans though is that her approval ratings have gotten worse. She’s not only 6-7 points ahead of Trump in approval.
Of course, Trump can still win if there is even a small polling error or turnout is different than expected. Assuming no more bombshells over the next 4 days, the polling going into Election Day should be Clinton+2 or so.
So a dramatic election night, but Clinton still favored.
Did you watch Don Lemon interview Michael Moore? They showed that clip of Giuliani to Moore, and Moore was calling for someone to investigate it.
Giuliani was cackling with glee last Wednesday, as he announced that “something big” would be coming out in the next couple of days. Giuliani used to be Comey’s boss no?
