Clothahump, and others...

I am not a law talkin’ guy by any means, but I’m fairly certain to be a felon, one must first be convicted of a felony.

Emails that were not marked as being classified.
At any rate, he said that what she did was not criminal, she had not tried to sell or deliberately turn over materials to unauthorized persons.

Eight Benghazi investigations, all led by Republicans who were aching to pin something on her, turned up nothing.

Millions have health insurance that didn’t before. Yes, there are problems that need fixing. That’s no reason to pull the rug out without something to take it’s place.
So far, all I see is repeal with no replacement in sight.

The rules are looser in Wet Dreamland.

Probably none. Do you really think he’d compete against someone who can reach his head?

I believe the Trump plan is to repeal it, and replace it with “pay for healthcare yourself, you bunch of losers”.
I especially like how Clothahump says that Benghazi was a disaster for the country. I guess the 13 embassy attacks and 60 deaths under Bush were just a minor inconvenience though.

Is this one of your goalposts for a disastrous presidency - the doubling of the National Debt over two terms of office?

I’d just like to be sure what standards are in place and once set, they be applied fairly.

Don’t forget how Reagan was hounded to his dying day for the deaths of 241 Marines.

They never had a catchy slur, like the Hag of Benghazi. Nobody’s blood is riled by “the Doofus of Karachi.”

If Benghazi rises to the level of national catastrophe, what percentage of presidents haven’t had a catastrophe in their terms?

But of course. After all, Bush was a Republican.

Clothy is also an idiot.

Look at this. Bush doubled the national debt. Obama has only managed 1.7 times (as of April 2015 when this article was written)

Some context.

Bacon! No, Tuesday. What was the question?

Not a zucchini?

Thanks Death Tongue!

Read more carefully. It would only have been a felony if the mishandling was intentional or grossly negligent. The mere presence of the 110 was not a felony.

Detail is so important, except when you don’t want to know, right Clothy?

Four people killed is a disaster? Then I guess every president ever has had dozens of disasters – Obama having far, far fewer than most. Obama has been nigh-infinitely less disastrous than Bush, who got thousands of Americans killed for nothing, by this measure.

As far as Obamacare, millions of Americans have health coverage that didn’t before. That’s a great thing for America – America is stronger and better because of it. It’s not a perfect bill, and could be improved to help control costs, but Republicans have blocked all attempts to do that.

Unlike any recent Republican president, Obama lowered the deficit almost every year.

That’s kind of rule since 1980 – Republican presidents greatly increase the deficit, and Democrats reduce it. Republicans aren’t fiscally responsible, and Democrats are, based on the last handful of presidencies.

Comey did not say that she committed any felonies. Mishandling classified information is unfortunately very common, and never prosecuted unless done purposefully for treason or profit. In my military and civilian-military career, I’ve known dozens or even hundreds of people who made the same mistakes Hillary did, and none of them were prosecuted. Not a single one.

The facts don’t support your claims.

Oooohhh, someone’s aiming to get told to fuck off.

Seriously, though; as long I’ve been aware of his presence here, Clothahump has always behaved as though every single silly thing he says is self-evident, and seems to have a pathological aversion to supporting his opinions with factual argument. Kudos to the OP for (for once) getting him to at least attempt to justify his bullshit, as weak a justification as it may be.

Now, back to something worthwhile (Cubs-Indians).

One might think, might one, that Clothy would relish the opportunity to tell the heathens where exactly we have the wrong end of the stick. Instead, he seems to just resort to childish attacks and ridiculous statements.

I mean, you’d expect - nay hope - for actual cogent arguments. But one never knows, do one?

It ain’t over 'til the fat lady sings, but in the bottom of the 6th I hear her warming up.

Actually, it’s the top of the sixth and the Cubs lead, 6-3.

Have you ever seen him try to explain why he’s an atheist? It’s an embarrassingly pathetic exercise, and I say that as an atheist. Even when he reaches a correct (by my lights) conclusion, it’s largely by accident. I don’t think he’s actually capable of reasoning his way through an argument.
