I’ve had occasion exactly once to contact Coldfire, and he answered promptly and helped me out with the (minor) issue at hand. This being my only personal contact with a Mod, I have decided that all Mods (yes, even Banhattan, er, Manhattan… :D) are Good People. Lord knows I wouldn’t want to do it.
