Wow. Thanks, Guiri, and I’m sorry I put you in a position where you felt you had to do that. Nice to see Nanook wasn’t the Cop at least, and though I’m leery about LtL, given the time constraints it seems like the best choice available.

(And Drain, I’d have to have been the stupidest Godfather ever to play the way I played).
There are two aspects to the lurker lynch:
- If it comes down to 3 handed, you don’t want the other town to be someone who is absent and won’t vote.
- Lurker is a distraction, better to lynch him now when it won’t cost town the game to take the risk.
- Nanook being alive, casts a shadow on the fact that no one has counterclaimed Guiri.
My strongest suspicions right now are Drain, then Meeko. But I can see the logic of lynching Nanook today.

This may be controversial, and I may be wrong because it’s 1am and I want to get to bed, but the reccent post that has pinged me most is one by Alka Seltzer.

Yes, I’ve read Guiri’s claim, and I tend to believe him, because it would be the height of stupidity for a scum under no vote pressure to claim (Tom was in the lead at this point with 5 votes to Guiri’s 2), and further to claim at a time when the scum can freely kill any player they wish (unless the town Roleblocker manages to block the scum’s dedicated hitman).
Assuming Guiri speaks true, Alka returned a Town ping. But, in the above post, he set out to panic the Town into voting a lurker. “We’ve only got 4 hours to get 6 votes on someone other than Townie Tom” he said, and urged a vote of Nanook.
Why six votes?
At that point the lead candidate had four votes, and therefore we did not need six votes on another candidate.
I think Alka should come under the microscope as a potential Godfather Tomorrow. To ensure this is recalled :
Vote Alka Seltzer.
I also think it unlikely that Tom would be the godfather but still a possibility.
