I use XP and Firefox at home and it doesn’t work there. It does at work where we run IE under Windows 98.
I voted for Bush. Twice.
While I didn’t want the U.S. to get involved in Iraq, I respect the President’s decision to do so.
I don’t hate our soldiers in Iraq, nor do I wish death or harm to them.
I respect the military, the job it does/purpose it serves, and the people who do it.
I own guns. A good number of them. I support the People’s Right to Keep and Bear Arms.
I can easily kill someone under the right circumstances, and not bat an eye.
Some people are scum, and richly deserve to be removed from the gene pool.
I think Christianity, and Christians, are not, as a whole, a lunatic cult full of gullible, delusional fools.
I think Islam is a dangerous religion, and would support banning it entirely. At gunpoint, if necessary.
While I don’t hunt anymore, I easily could, and love the taste of venison, elk, etc.
I have little to no sympathy for people whose lives are FUBAR because of their own foolish (IMO) actions.
I think people who take in stray animals and make them a part of their home are some of the best; those who make them a part of their family and treat animals like little children are fucking loons.
I think the Pledge of Allegiance should be mandatory in our schools.
I think some form of morals/ethics, even if religious based, should be taught in our schools.
I think the War On Drugs should be persecuted with Armor Divisions and Carrier-based “Alpha Strikes.”
I think Military Punitive Expeditions should be revived.
I think the U.N. should be kicked out of the U.S.A., and sent to some unihabited island in the middle of nowhere.
Europe is nice. I’ve seen, visited, and lived in a decent chunk of it; there are parts I wouldn’t mind permanently residing in. But I don’t think the U.S.A. need be “more like Europe.”
I think “abortions of convenience” are not only wrong, but criminal.
From the amazing mind of Ex Tank.
“I think the War On Drugs should be persecuted with Armor Divisions and Carrier-based “Alpha Strikes.””
Specifically, in what way do you mean to persecute The War on Drugs? Go against the WOD itself?
Peace,
mangeorge, who wholeheartedly supports the troops, which leaves me open to both sides.
Which might make my cool factor a little shaky.
Post #1 of this thread. I’m playin’ by the rules. Go fish, George.
Sadly, my unique viewpoints are not tolerated in this society, and I must sacrifice who I am in order to avoid persecution.
No, no. I’m questioning (gently) your use of the term “persecute”. As I read it, you wish to go after the WOD folks with all those bombs and stuff. That would, though, get you some “cool” points. But it doesn’t seem to jive with the rest of the post.
Oh, okay. “Persecute” was probably the wrong choice of words; prosecute would’ve done better, I suppose. Fight the War on Drugs with the tools I mentioned.
:shrugs:
Subtlety is all fine and dandy, but don’t discount the effectiveness of a really big hammer, either.
Thanks, Ex. That’s what I thought.
I did quit drinking years ago, but I don’t know where that puts me relative to cool.
