I hunted online for Reggie’s father’s name for about twenty minutes before I gave up. Reggie’s name was listed as Reginald Mantle III several places - here and here are two quick links.

OK, the only open question (as far as I can tell) is #4, about Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd. Now, since I haven’t read a Bugs Bunny comic book in over 20 years, I can’t answer that one (although my subconscious keep piping up with “Everything?”). Therefore, I have some new ones:
