It’s been a rather difficult year for me. Trying to come to terms with everything hasn’t been easy.
But as Euty said, he and I have been friends for a while now, and we’ve held each other up through a lot of stuff. A rock-solid friendship developed, before we ever even met face-to-face (the one-year anniversary of that meeting is next Saturday, in fact).
It’s kind of amusing how we are together. We have an awful lot in common, but our personalities are very different. I like to say that “our mental illnesses compliment each other quite well.” We just fit together…well, perfectly.
Patrick is a wonderful man. I’m better for knowing him. And though I know this year isn’t going to be an easy one for either of us, I know that we’ll both come out fine on the other side.
Oh…if you’d like a clue as to how our relationship really works…read my sig. It’s from a conversation that took place just this afternoon.

I dunno, Persephone. Narragansett Bay is even grayer and hazier than Lake St. Claire and Millionaire’s Row is not nearly as impressive as Grosse Pte. Farms (although you are allowed to walk along the Row without having a cop demanding to know why you’re there). I think you ought to make Pat move to Michigan.
