Commissar is a troll.

Of course, he’s living in his parents’ house. That’s usually what middle school or high school students do, isn’t it?

Well, yeah - they have a nice room for him there but he still refuses to come out of the unfinished basement… something about the masses, tasty lichen, and the comfort of a nice dark, wet corner. They threaten to turn off the wireless if he doesn’t get some sun every now and then, but then he starts to eat his own hands. Oh, whatever will they do? If only they hadn’t agreed to that stupid North Korean study abroad program.

Is it just me, or does it seem to anyone else like there’s an unusual number of trolls working the Board these days?

Well, unemployment keeps rising…

And a lot of one-trick trolls.

The communism troll, the outsourcing troll, the nuclear troll…

Well, the outsourcing troll is a two trick pony. He also doesn’t like girls.

The 14-year-old Jesus-fellating troll.

Indeed. Same for answering to his regular posts.

Commissar seems an obvious troll.

What puzzles me is why people are debating with the troll in a thread dedicated to their trolling activities.

In the other forums I don’t even read Commissar’s posts now having got the measure of them. Commissar does not even have the saving grace of being funny. It’s just bullshit that’s not even worth parsing.

I didn’t realize he was still around. Haven’t seen him since the last pit thread.

He recently made another come back appearance in the Libya thread in GD, gushing effusively about Quadaffi and how it’s really great that he’s standing up to Western Imperialism and fighting the good fight despite European and American aggression, etc etc.

-XT

Yeah, because Quadaffi is fighting against foreign oppression and allowing his people to be free, so that they can suffer from internal oppression. Which makes all the difference, of course. Except when it’s the Glorious Soviet Union conquering whole swaths of territory. Then sovereignty isn’t quite so important anymore. And, of course, Commy isn’t trolling (honest!) and really does think that the Arab League and the largely secular European states that are prosecuting the campaign, are “Christendom”.

I’m afraid that the mods see him as a right wing Der, so he won’t get banned for his obvious trolling since they seem to think he’s insane.

Umadbros?

I’m a bit shocked that someone who was born and raised in the Soviet Union would refer to it as their “homeland” rather than “motherland(Rodina)” which everyone I’ve actually met from Russia says.

It’s almost as if rather than Being an actual Russian immigrant, he was merely an American troll trying to pretend he’s a Russian communist.

Well, to be fair, he’s just lying when he claims that he was raised in the USSR. He’s admitted somewhere else that his parents immigrated to the US when he was four or five years old. So for his formative years, he was raised in the US, and was only raised in the USSR for a small number of years, comparatively.

He’s also trolling when he cops an attitude about being called an American. By his own admission he’s an American citizen and voted for Obama in the last election.

If I’m reading this post correctly, he was a teenager when he left Belarus shortly after the collapse of the USSR. Do you have a link for the four or five years old claim?

Not that teenagers are quite fully-formed, so to speak, but just trying to get all the details straight.

Hrm… I may be thinking of another post. Could’ve sworn he admitted to moving out as a young child somewhere else, but it’s hard to keep some folks’ stories straight.

I’m willing to concede this one is actually 14. There are too missed trolling opportunities in his threads.

Two words for you:

SCHOOL VACATION

Now that the kids are done with their finals, they can expend their time and effort on mucking up things outside of the school building.

No, I don’t buy it anymore. Curtis goes just a little too much over the top with his ignorance shtick. He’s just a little too willfully dense. It’s a role he’s playing. Not even a child is that ignorant.

Unemployment is up and school is out. Sounds like it’s going to be a hot summer in the US.
