Gangster, I think it’s a little of both. I don’t think that describing him as hyper-conservative is painting conservatives in a very good light! ‘Authoritarian’ or possibly ‘fascist’ might be better. But you should note the lack of substantive debate he brought to his GD posts. He didn’t back any of his opinions up even once I think.
