Britta-Annie “look.” Damn.
I liked that the only thing that Pierce could do to make people laugh is fall down. Much like the reputation of a certain actor on the show
I am stealing “gateway douchebag.”
Was that Rainn Wilson (Dwight from The Office) as the robot in the movie within the show?
I loved the seven-way evaluation of all the characters considering each other as sexual partners, and Abed’s just wiggling his eyebrows like Groucho. And nobody wants Pierce.
I enjoyed the gratuitous use of the Wilhelm scream.
Kickpuncher 2: Codename: Kickpuncher
The Britta-Annie look just about melted my television.
“…fine, let’s go film the sex scene.”
Those guys crack me up, it’s what the bromance between Turk and JD and JD, or Joey and Chandler, was supposed to be.
I loved the look Abed gave Jeff. Is this the first hint of Abed having any form of sexuality?
Best line of the night: “I have the weirdest boner.”
I lost my shit on that one.
Don’t you mean Kickpuncher with Abed and Troy?
Why, why, why does my DVR cut off the end of every sitcom?
My favorite moments:
Micronipples
“You think I’m not young enough to make monkeyshines at a picture show?!”
Pierce’s lament for his fictional dead brother: “Tom Selleck just stood there and watched it happen.”
I can’t decide which I like more, that line or the one where Pierce dresses up as the Beastmaster and trips out and Troy tells him ‘You have a full-on erection.’
Can’t you program it to record extra time?
I’ve tried but it seems you can set it to record every new episode at the time set aside by the program guide or record each episode individually with extra time. Life’s too short.
The real question, of course, is why networks move their start times so that the last few seconds get cut off when they know that the biggest fans will be recording those episodes?
Well, in this case, it’s no big deal, you can just watch it the next day (i.e., now) on Hulu, right? (Although I suppose you may prefer watching it slightly earlier or on a TV screen…)
Well, the networks don’t have anything to gain by making it easy for you to skip the commercials.
I also used to have this problem. Make the shows you always watch into a Series recording - click on your DVR button and click on Series recording, then set this up for all of your shows. (Don’t just hit the “record” button within the guide when your cursor is overtop of the show each week.) Go into the further settings of each of your series recording and change the stop time to 2 minutes past the set time. This should fix the problem for the rest of the season, and for all of your shows. Also, in the meantime, go to Hulu and click to where looks close to the end, and you can watch the last few minutes. Hope this helps!
