I use Windows ME, IE 6.0. About a month ago I installed Mozilla because my wife wanted to try it out. Yesterday she told me she didn’t like it and I could get rid of it. I removed Mozilla using the Add/Remove Programs. Now I have a couple of problems.

If I try to open any shortcut that I have put on my desktop or try to open a Favorite from the start menu(Favorites do work if I use the Favorites drop down menu when I’m on line) I get this message:
Program Not Found
Windows cannot find PROGRAM.exe
This program is needed for opening files of type ‘URL:HyperText
Transfer Protocol’ -
All my scanned photos( I am a amateur photographer so I usually have dozens of photos stored on my computer) reverted to PhotoSuite images. The problem is I haven’t had Photo Suite on my computer for over a year. Photosuite was uninstalled when I installed my new scanner a year ago. If I double click to view a pic I get I get an “Error, cannot find PhotoSuite.exe.” I can still view the pics using the Open With option when I right click.
If anyone can understand what I just wrote, I would appreciate any ideas you can come up with.
Thanks.
