My desktop speakers have stopped playing the left side while in stereo mode. For example, the Beatles song “All you need is love” I can’t hear the “Love Love Love” part of the song. I have searched through the sounds part of control panel and can’t find anything to fix it. I have also tried new speakers and it does the same thing. It’s got to be something in the players, I mainly use Musicmatch Jukebox, but it does the same thing in Windows Media and the download player which must not be mentioned.

Anyone have any ideas? Help would be appreciated.

It may be set to mono, or the player may have the balance set all the way to the right, so you can only hear the right speakers.

Yes, but can someone tell me how to fix that because I can’t find an adjustment for that anywhere.

The volume control panel was balance controls as well.
Some programs screw around with volume of various things, maybe something changed your balance.
