Years ago, I saw a t-shirt from a rock tour.
It featured a cartoon of a shapely young woman, in a beret, under a street lamp. She was smoking, & may have had a striped top.

I can’t recall the year or band. No later than 2000.

This ring any bells?
Can the SDMB identify this tour logo?
