She seems pretty normal-looking to me, if you’re just talking about physical appearance.
However, I think her rigid, ruthless personality comes out in her facial expressions, and that’s what makes her, well, a bit repellent. But hey, she’s a politician, they can’t all be as charming as…um… anyone normal. 
Her actual physical appearance isn’t very bad, but one thing about her is that scowl. I am obviously liberal, but that scowl really tuns me off. There are moments when she seems kind of pretty, but then she has this dark side…

I don’t think she’s completely unattractive; she could probably be really pretty with one of those make-over thingies to get her a more stylish hairdo, and maybe fix her makeup to not come across as quite so harsh. The darker lipsticks really make that scowl of her look very cartoonish. Just learning to not make faces so much would help ;):

It’s really the mannerisms that makes watching her kind of painful. No matter what you look like, no one wants to look at someone who seems to do nothing but scowl and make faces all the time. It repels people. I think she comes across as ugly because it seems like everytime she’s making a speech or talking to anyone in the media, she looks more like the first set of pics I linked to than the second.
Then again, if I had to be a constant apologist for W, I’d probably look a lot like that first set of photos too. ba dum ching
