Just curious here. I’m looking for the opinion of men and women on this one. What type of condom is better?? Different forms, lubricants, etc. Thanks in advance.
I like the Ultra thins with extra lube, as well as the larger ones- not that I’m huge, but the extra room is more comfy. Put extra lube on the inside as well as the outside- feels better, IMHO, and prevents the condom from breaking.
I’m having to use condoms again for the first time in years cuz wifecat is breastfeeding and doesn’t want to use the pill…Truth be told, I hate condoms…BUT, I don’t hate them enough to avoid sex!

The thinner ones are better. Getting the ones with lube added are useless because it wears off almost instantly. Just get plain and buy your own KY or Astroglide.
Also, unless you’re super paranoid avoid the ones with Nonoxol-9 (the spermicide), reason being is that it hurts like HELL when you next take a piss.
I’d avoid Trojans, any kind of Trojan feels like a garbage bag to me.
If you use the Thins/Ultra Thins, use alot of lube, both inside and out… because they break. I’m not massive but I’ve broken several, especially on positions where the “fit” is tighter.

One problem with spermicides, lubes, etc. is that your partner might experience some kind of irritation or reaction.
During my condom-using days I used Lifestyles.
If your partner is allergic to latex, you might want to consider the new polyurethane condoms. They’re stronger, so they can (supposedly) be made thinner, but they don’t stretch as much as latex. Avanti are good. Trojan also makes a polyurethane model, but the damned thing is so small I cannot get it on. (THis is no brag – it’s a rant. The damned things are too small and don’t stretch!)

i have a vendetta against durex - any kind - for all the pain they have caused me. not to mention the awful sex. i don’t know what it is about them - even when they’re lubed, they have too much friction and they hurt. the guy doesn’t care for them either.
other than that, make 'em thin, and i’ll have no complaints. at least not about the condom 
I like Avanti’s, and neither I nor my partners have had any problems with spermicides. Of course, YMMV.
For latex condoms, I life Durex enhanced. Again, YMMV.
In college, I was faithfully devoted to Ramses Extra, but in the few years after college where I wasn’t using condoms, either they changed or I did. They get waaaaaaaaaay too snug during the act anymore.
I never had much luck with any Durex condom. They never seem to roll on properly, and they feel bloody uncomfortable to boot.
Usually I prefer Mates, which are the Brit equivalent to LifeStyles. Easier to put on, and considerably more comfortable. Pasante is another good brand, although I don’t know if they’re sold abroad; they’re the ones our local sexual health clinic give out for free. The German-made Condomi line is excellent too.
For those who have trouble with condoms slipping off, try a larger size. You’d think a snugger one would stay put better, but I’ve found the opposite to be true - they either unroll themselves or pop! right off. Bigger condoms work better for me in that respect, and are a lot easier to put on as well.
Thanks for all the posts everyone! The only one my SO and I have used are the plain Trojan’s with Nonoxyl-9. Haven’t had any of the mentioned problems. Anybody care to suggest a different type, not just brand wise, but shape wise (ribbed, etc)? Just wondering if there is anything I’ve been missing! Once again, comments from men and women would be great.
