Hm, you obviously dont have someone as a friend who is secure in their faith and has a sense of humor. she knows way more catholic jokes than anybody else i know. besides, she was the one who taught me the music and lyrics to vatican rag in the first place. deal with it.

I wasn’t criticizing your friend, I was criticizing you. And I have many friends who are secure in their faith and have a sense of humor. And I think Vatican Rag is pretty funny. So is Monty Python’s Every Sperm is Sacred. But there’s a time and place for everything, and I know that if I were attending a service at a church/temple/mosque/whatever of a faith other than my own, I’d behave respectfully while I was their guest.

I hum it at a level that Pat can hear it, I am not doing it loudly enough to bother anybody who isnt in on our private joke with us. Just like mraru [catholic light] will make jokes about me sitting in back and rising and falling with the tide.
