Confirmed: Carell to leave The Office after 7th season

You know, I am in the minority here, but I find Steve Carrell’s character to be quite annoying, and what turns me off about this show is when Michael Scott does something so awkward and embarrassing, or when he acts like a baby. It’s just not funny. He’s my least favorite character.

I like all the other characters. Andy and Dwight crack me up. Make Andy the boss. He’s incompetant, and a bit pompous and arrogant, kind of like Michael Scott. Jim and Pam. Dwight and his insanity. MORE CREED! This is an ensamble program.

How should Michael Scott go? Probably has to die. Maybe Stanley will kill him in a rage. Or get ran over by a forklift by a warehouse guy. Maybe Michael Scott will run off to some Caribbean Island with money stolen from the company.

I like Parks and Recreation. It’s a funny show similiar to The Office.

I’ll be glad another show that’s filmed on a $300 Sony HandiCam is finally off the air. Seriously, are these people too cheap to even get a tripod? Or even a stick to balance the stupid camera on? Nausea and headaches are not my idea of entertainment.

Pure balls if they end it like this.

It doesn’t have as many episodes as a single season of the US version, discounting the short run of the first US season.

As for continuing without Michael Scott, I just don’t see it working. It’s like Scrubs without JD, or That 70’s Show without Eric, Happy Days without Richie, Laverne without Shirley. Madness, I tell you, madness!

According to this article, it looks like at least one producer is leaning toward Dwight!

Oh, for Pete’s sake. The whole premise of the show is that the characters are being followed around by an unnamed documentary film crew.
