Who will replace Michael? Will Holly come back? Will Dwight completely jump the shark?
I thought Carell was still on this season. No?
This is his last season. Assuming the show continues, someone will have to replace Michael Scott. Speculation rages.
I’m wondering if last season’s finale, with Michael doing a public announcement about the printers, was a set-up for his firing. The CEO coerces him into doing the dirty work, then holds him accountable as a scape goat?
I heard they’re working hard to make this season great.
“A classic year”, says B.J. Novak
Here’s some things I know about this season:
A good part of the first half of the season is Michael “working out all of the things you want to see him work out” and the second half has to do with who will ‘replace’ him. Expect a lot of music.
Well, we know his favorite tune is “Short People” by Bruce Springsteen.
Oh good. Cousin Oliver is here.
So that’s how their going to write him out of the show? Do we think this is it? Will Michael really forfeit his job instead of having six sessions with Toby? Well, I guess I can see Michael doing that. OTOH, maybe the decide they’d rather keep him and bring Holly in to do the sessions.
Creed rocks!
I think Pam looks pretty cute tonight. I have a crush on her again. :o
Wait, what? Did I miss Andy and Erin breaking up or did they just decide to throw that in as something that happened off-camera?
After she found out he was at one point going to marry Angela, she freaked and broke up with him.

I’m not sure…this episode had a lot of funny moments. Also it seemed like they really are working to fix the problems from last season but I guess I am just finding myself more entertained by newer, younger comedies. You’re a sweat kid Office and I’m gonna keep watching but I think what we had is over.
Soooo. . .they’re going for ‘jump the shark’. It wasn’t as lame as the 30 Rock premier, but it made me wonder if the writers had been on strike again.
Huh. I saw that episode but I thought they got back together sometime afterwords. Guess that was just my silly brain playing tricks on me again.
They should get back together. I can’t see her and the pseudo-manager guy lasting very long (the thought of that guy doing anything romantic makes my brain hurt) and her and Andy were the most interesting couple on the show. I guess they needed another “will they/won’t they” situation. Le Sigh.
Best part of the show was the opening number, which I watched three times (despite my wife’s eye-rollyness), mainly to watch Pam dancing. So cute she kills me.

I’m rooting for Rhys Darby. He gives fantastic meeting. “Okay … staff meeting … Roll call!”
Why DOES God get to do something I don’t?
Boy, they really got everybody into the act for this episode.
I liked Creed’s dis of Betty White especially since I couldn’t agree more.
What was the deal with the opening musical number? I think I missed the set-up. And why was Toby filming it?
