After a few beers the other night my buddies and I got to talking about conspiracy theories… Of the two most interesting I have heard were:
1)The US govt has a “shadow” govt waiting to come in to power in case all of our top leaders were decapacitated in any ways. the leaders have already been chosen and know what rules to go by to rebuild our country.
the US has a cure for aids. They are not letting out the cure because the poor countries, where aids is a major factor, will expect it for free and our country will be looked down upon because we do not have the money to fund giving it to them. In the next few years, we will secretly let the secrets out to the french and english.
Can someone prove/disprove these theories, I have money riding on this… if someone helps, they may be entitled to a share of the profit
The cure for AIDS in general is abstinence and monogamy. According to this site

Obviously the OP was asking about an actual cure for AIDS that could be given to people with AIDS to rid those people of AIDS.
AIDS, as a disease, has no cure (unless the conspiracy theorists are correct) but AIDS as an epidemic is controllable.
A condom cures nothing, but it does help to prevent the contraction of AIDS.
And, since conspiracy was mentioned in the subject no less, the OP is asking if an order of succession outside the normal guidelines awaits us if our current leaders are suddenly incapacitated.
This goes against the spirit of a good conspiracy since it ponders and then deals with the sudden death of powerful men and women while a better conspiracy theory would address how to keep these powerful people alive and in power.
