I want to remove Yahoo Music Jukebox by clicking on “remove” in the control panel. The panel gets stuck on the screen. If I reboot, and recall the panel, Yahoo shows up again and I can’t remove it. The same thing happens again. It’s damn annoying. What can I do?
Use the application’s own uninstall program, if it exists. Generally in the application’s folder under Start Menu -> All Programs.

That’s what “Remove” from the Control Panel’s Add/Remove Programs applet normally does anyway. If it hangs, it’s a good bet that the uninstall program is buggy or currupt. In that case, a manual uninstallation may be necessary. I’d check the website for the app to see if it’s a known issue or to find manual uninstallation instructions.
