I can’t disagree. Sad, isn’t it? Modern U.S. police are good at ensuring that people who need to be shot, get shot. The problem is that there are quite a few people who don’t need to be shot, that nevertheless resemble people that do, and modern police aren’t incentivized to take the time to tell the difference.
