Is there an easy way to save an email as a Word Document? There’s always cut and paste, but…is there a better way? Can it be “exported”, perhaps, into Word?

In Outlook, all messages can be saved as “Text only” format (File > Save As…), which could then be opened in Word and saved again as a Word document. A little bit round the houses, but you do get the From/To/Sent/Subject information that you wouldn’t if you cut and paste the text.
I can’t speak for other email clients…
