Cool clips by astronaut from the Space Station

You may have seen these clips already, but I discovered them recently and thought they were incredibly neat. Canadian Astronaut Chris Hadfield just finished a five month tour of duty in the Space station and he loaded up all sorts of neat clips of activities inside the space station and science experiments in zero-gravity.

Here is an experiment: what happens when you wet a towel in space and then wring it out? (Don’t look yet, think about it first. What would happen to the water? Thought about it? Now look.)

That clip leads to many others. But this one has gone viral: Chris playing on guitar, and singing Bowie’s song "Space Oddity (“Can you hear me major Tom?”) with zero gravity taking care of the special effects. It is not badly sung, either.

Coolness.
