This one is my favourite - Gigolo Assassin (point and click type adventure). Probably NSFW - the hero is a little animated man running around in a tuxedo jacket and a red, sparkly thong!

This reminds me off a desktop navy game where you have 6 ports on both side and you can only build ships and adjust the route of the ships. Does anyone have any idea what I am talking about? I played it but I have lost the link.

Yep, sure did. Solutions might vary, but the one I came up with was:
A conveyor with sequential rotators that bumped the balls over and a bit upward until they could roll down an incline. Took me some tweaking before the balls would do what they were supposed to, but it worked.
Simple Trajectory Cannon game.
