Was celebrating with my sisters who came to my house to see the match.
After those 28 years without winning anything this deluge of trophies is hard to process.
And to think Argentina was just a few penalty kicks and a Palacio miss away from winning another World Cup and TWO more Copa Americas, (the ones against Chile), in the past decade.
As a fan of the Red Sox and Patriots throughout the dismal 70’s, 80’s and 90’s … I know how you feel.
Was this the first game in which large amounts of ticketless fans thought they should be allowed to come into the stadium, or has this happened at the other previous matches at this Copa America?
It has happened before, not in Copa America that I remember but in local matches, usually the organizers have the possibility in mind and nothing happens, not the case this time.
