Well, I hope this is mundane and pointless. There are cops all over my building this morning. They’ve blocked off access to the front door drop-off and they are at all the entrances, in the lobby and on the roof. One of my co-workers got grilled and ID’d when she came in from the bus stop. I drove in and got to chat with one at the normally unattended garage entrance I use.
Might be an interesting day. Somehow I suspect this has something to do with the Israeli consulate upstairs.
Yeah, it couldn’t have anything to do with the subversive activities I told them you were up to…
Gads. I hope everything today is completely boring and uneventful for you there…
Not to hijack, but I noticed some mildly odd police activity this morning too.
There were two motorcycle officers at one of the entrances to my apartment complex this morning, facing the street, apparently just being a speed trap.
So, naturally, I exited the other driveway. To do this, I had to drive through the complex, and on the way I saw an (unattended) state trooper vehicle.
Just this past Saturday, someone was arrested just outside my apartment (I have pictures! 
)
I don’t like having this many cops around. Sooner or later they’ll find a pretense to get me on.
Try having a bunch of FBI agents wandering around where you work every now and then.
Gee, 4 women all in almost the exact same sort of suit none of which can sit down without grimacing because their guns are digging into their bodies.
They seem to like my peanutbutter crackers… Which annoys me, they eat all of them out of the vending machine each time they’re here.

Meanwhile the Israelis are telling themselves, “Probably nothing to do with us. They’re just closing in on that Ringo character downstairs.”
Four days later and they’re still here. In fact, there are a few more of them.
I guess they’ll be closing in on me any minute, now.
Ringo if you get dragged off to jail can I have your BMW?
