Corneal Ulcer: Exercise/niacin helpful?

I was recently diagnosed with a corneal ulcer and in addition to taking Vigamox, my ophthalmologist recommended increased oxygen intake (since I have an oxygen compressor for use in treating my sleep apnea). So I was wondering, would increasing my exercise (which has been curtailed because of problems going outside) and/or taking niacin, both to increase blood flow, help speed the healing of this problem? Or increasing the oxygen outflow from the compressor from 2 liters per hour to something higher?

… just cuz I was thinking that exercise and niacin (the above 100mg kind) increase bloodflow which would bring more oxygen to the eye, but then at the same time, the cornea itself contains no blood vessels…
