I’ve been watching coronation street for a few months but I’m confused about a few things:
Does Fred own the rovers pub or is he just manager? And what about the butcher shop he is seen cutting meat in? What about Haley and Roy-do they run/own that shop they work in?

Fred owns both the Rovers Return and the butchers shop. Shelley is the manager of the Rovers.
Roy and Haley own the cafe that they both run.
