Does K’ehlar count? She was pretty self-deprecating as I recall. And the High Council guy who was being poisoned by Duras (Kempok?) seemed pretty wry toward the end.
If it’s done in a backhanded, bloodthirsty sort of way, I think so. “I’m so old, I think I wrenched a muscle when I ripped that Jem’Hadar’s heart out with my bare hands”. “It’s a pity I’m so short; I find it tiresome to keep snapping people’s knees so I can look them in the eye.”
I’m not sure I’d agree that Key’lar (or however it’s spelled) had a self-deprecating sense of humor, though I agree she was pretty damn funny. Kempek, though, was a definite self-mocker.
Key’lar was only half Klingon, so I don’t think she counts.
Worf could be very sly.
Indeed. From The Dauphin (ST: TNG) :
Wesley: Are you telling me to go yell at Salia?
Worf: No! Men do not roar. Women roar. Then they hurl heavy objects. (dreamily) And claw at you.
Wesley: What does the man do?
Worf: He reads love poetry. (Coming back to reality) He ducks a lot.
Children Of Time: (ST: DS9)
**Kid: Are you the Son of Mogh?
Worf: Yes, I am.
Kid: Is it true you can kill someone just by looking at them?
Worf: Only when I am angry. **
By Inferno’s Light: (ST: DS9)
**Worf: I do not smirk. But if I did, this would be a good opportunity.

Change Of Heart: (ST: DS9)
Worf: I’m a married man. I have to make certain… adjustments to my lifestyle.
Dax: Adjustments? Worf, you’ve become almost… easygoing. I mean, what’s next – a sense of humor?
Worf: I have a sense of humor. On the Enterprise, I was considered to be quite amusing.
Dax: That must’ve been one dull ship.
Worf: That’s a joke. I get it.
(beat)
It’s not funny, but I get it.
Very good.
